Since 1838, winemakers Jaboulet in Châteauneuf-sur-Isère have been producing some of the most famous northern Côtes du Rhône wines.
Côte Rôtie, Crozes Hermitage, Cornas, Condrieu and others too are matured in a vast former quarry known as the Vineum, which provides the perfect conditions for keeping the estate's 1,200 cherished barrels. A grand location for some grands crus.
